iSS Prep Certifications

Hi guys,

You can try opening a support ticket to iSecretShop, and let them know which course you are trying to pass, and you can get information on which answers you got wrong and need to change.

The tests themselves were designed on, among other things, trial and error, as it helps people truly figure something out and remember it, rather than just "getting it over with" and forgetting it all within an hour or two.

Cheers!

Intouch Insight Schedulers

Well, I certainly recommend emailing your favorite schedulers and let them know how appreciated they are, or emailing their MSP and telling them - takes 5 minutes but could make someone's entire day! :) Plus, some of them may not be (or often be) on this Forum, so who knows if and when they'll see it otherwise.

Cheers!

New shopper question

That's great advice Diana, thank you!

The answers on the Extended Profile page are optional, but it does help to have as many filled out as possible. No need to do it all at once, take your time, explore the system and the shops - and as Diana said, taking the courses on iSSprep is very useful.

Cheers!

Figuring it all out

I couldn't agree more with everything you guys said! And Dan, good luck with your shops - and feel tree to write if you have any questions, or stories to share.

Self assign limit 2?

Hi Daniel,

You get points by successfully completing shops, by doing Opinion Polls on iSecretShop, and for completing courses on iSSprep.com.

As for the Forum, when you post useful content and your posts get up-voted, you gain the Forum Contributor badge, which is a nice addition to make your profile stand out more to schedulers, giving you another advantage when it comes to having your requests approved.

Cheers!

Shopper Code

If you are referring to the Shopper ID - it is unique number that every shopper has, and it's generated when you create a profile. You can find it on the top of the Update Profile page when you login to iSecretShop.

I hope this helps!
