You can find your referral link by clicking on the "Refer Friends" button at the top of the iSecretShop homepage when you login to the website.

You don't need any special app or a different phone - simply use the iSecretShop recording system - dial the number provided in the guidelines, then type in the Shop ID number when prompted, and the location you're shopping will then be dialed, and that phone call recorded. Also, the recording will be automatically uploaded in your shop report as soon as you hang up, so you don't have to worry about that either :)

The most common reasons for an unpaid payment include:

1) Shop completed too recently - not scheduled until the next payment cycle.

2) No Paypal address on file in your Extended Profile

3) Independent Contractor Agreement not signed for this MSP

4) No W9 form (if required) on file with the MSP https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

I suggest reaching out to the MSP that posted the shop(s) in question, since the responsible MSP is the only entity with the authority and the ability to assist with those matters.
