Hello Esther,
The order is changing as new shops are being added, and existing ones are being assigned. We cannot change this due to the sheer volume of shops that are circulating in system at any given time. I would suggest using your browser's "Find" option (Ctrl+F on PC browsers) and putting in a key word, or shop ID number to quickly search the page.
Thanks!
Hi Jeannette, welcome to the Forum, and to mystery shopping!
When a shop is assigned to you, you will receive an email notifying you of this, and you will always be able to find it on your Assigned Shops page when you login to iSecretShop. If you want to know what;s the status of your requests, or anything about a particular shop, you can always contact the MSP that posted that shop, and their schedulers/editors can help you out :)
If you can't figure out who to contact or how to reach them, you can open a support ticket for iSecretShop and you'll get that info quite quickly.
Good luck, and feel free to write if you need any help!
You're welcome Tara :)
And Michael - that's an excellent question. There is a Badges page when you login to iSecretShop and click on your badges, that shows you which badges you have, what's their progress towards next level, what are the different kinds of badges that exist, and a short explanation about each one when you mouse-over them.
However, what I just realized, is that something like you said would be very useful - a one place where all the information about the entire ranking system and individual badges is readily available and easily accessible by shoppers.
Sooo, what I just did is I sent in a suggestion for that to the management folks at iSecetShop - and perhaps some information "hub" or a web page or even a course can get created to serve the exact purpose you recommended - for all to spend some time, if so desired, to further educate themselves about that system.
Keep the ideas coming, you might have just played a key role in implementing something new on iSecretShop, and made the system better for all of us!
Well, there are a couple of ways to figuring that out - you can list through your emails, and check all that came in for Declined or Canceled shops, the MSP contact info can usually be found in there.
Another way would be to open a support ticket for iSecretShop and ask - the admins at iSecretShop can view the activity logs and see which MSP you have done shops for and which of them were declined or canceled.
Thanks for asking!
Hello,
My advice regarding that shop situation would be to directly contact the MSP that posted the shop in question, using their official contact info, or to open a support ticket for iSecretShop to get the info you need.
As for the 86% - if you are referring to that progress bar under your name and badges, that is the progress towards the next level of your Reputation badge, it will increase as you gain points, by completing shops, or Opinion Pols, or courses at iSSprep.cm.
I hope this helps!
HI Shannon,
I usually use the Find function on my browser to search by shop ID - I press Ctrl + F, it open a little search bar at the bottom of my browser window, and I paste the shop ID there.
You can also use the iSecretShop filters to narrow down the search - if you enter the zip code or city name in the search field, or pick a category if the shop (if you know what it is), you can narrow it down to a few shops, making it easy to find the one you're looking for.
I hope this helps!
That's quite useful Rose! Some shoppers keep spreadsheets to keep track of the shops they did and info regarding them, such as payment amount and expected date.
The first spet to determining the exact time when you will be paid is reading the IC agreement with that specific MSP, as their payment policy is listed there. You can also always contact the MSP directly, and get the info directly from them. :)
Hello Tammy,
Canadian shoppers absolutely can complete US-based telephone shops IF the MSP posting the shop allows them to. So - technically yes, but it depends on the project, so you would have to check with the MSP.
Regarding the recorded telephony calls - the system has US and non-US numbers for recorded calls - they are listed in the guidelines of telephone shops.
Thank you for asking!
Hi Michele,
Yes, that is the MSP contact email, and you can also use this one, which is more generic, if you don't receive a response soon: Info@GoodwinHospitality.com;
You can also try calling them at: 603-223-0303
As the MSPs are the ones paying shoppers, they are the only ones that can assist you with this and let you know when your payment is due and if there are any additional steps you need to take.
Generally speaking, payments can sometimes take up to 45 or even 60 days to be made, depending on the MSP, their payment schedule, the shop, and when was the shop done and approved. So, there is a good chance that there is nothing wrong with your information and nothing needed on your end, the payment could just be taking longer to arrive from the client's/MSP's end.
In any case, I hope you hear back from them soon and that everything goes smoothly.
Cheers!
