Hi Edith,
Whenever you notices something strange like that - contact the MSP, let them know - it might be something that they can fix on their end, or they can provide clarification if needed. It's in their interest to provide assistance in the best and fastest way possible.
Cheers!
Hi Fernanda,
You can check out this thread on the Forum, where a couple of shoppers have provided some pretty good explanations about the question you asked:

And Gloria, that's so great to hear! Best of luck to you on your shops!
Hi Julie,
You can (and should) always contact the MSP that posted the shop which got canceled/declined, and explain the situation to them, and ask them nicely if they would consider restoring your points - they have the authority to do so if they deem it appropriate, and a kind word here and there goes a long way. :)
I hope this helps!
Hi Doug,
That's a certification required by a specific MSP to do a specific type of shops. If you have those shops in your area, and you meet the age requirements to do them (I think it was being between 19 and 25 yeas orld, but can't remember exactly), and if you are interested in doing them, when requesting one of those shops you would be directed to iSSprep to complete that certification, which can only be found by typing in a specific code, provided in the shop overview when requesting it.
So long story short, no need to concern yourself about it, as the question is entirely optional, as is that certification, and it's only relevant if you are intending to do shops where you purchase drinks at a convenience store and need to check if you are asked for an ID (if you look like you might be underage).
Thanks for asking!
Hi Kitty,
You should make sure to always try contacting the MSP at their official company email (not the individual scheduler's email) and you can also call the company number and leave a voicemail if you are not getting a response. If you don't know some if this info (their email, phone number), you can open a support ticket for iSecretShop, and you'll get that information pretty quickly.
Finally, do not proceed with the shop until you hear back from the schedulers, and if they give you a late reply, you can always ask to reschedule.
As for the restaurant shops - I've had mostly different experiences, as the bill is usually about slightly lower than the reimbursement amount, and the tip makes it go just a few dollars over - it all depends on what you're having, how many guests do you bring to the shop, etc...
Hi Heather,
This forum was made by the same folks that made the iSecretShop system and app, and I do think you need to be a registered user at iSS to be able to access the forum, but the community is very welcoming to new members and growing rapidly, so I hope you find plenty of useful stuff and connections here!
