Once you have a shop assigned to you, you can always view it on the "Assigned Shops" page when you login to iSecretShop - there you can see all shops you have assigned, and can click "Complete Shop" on any of them to see the full shop information, the shop instructions, guidelines, the questions, or/and fill out the shop report.
-When you are done filling out the shop report - you click "Finalize Shop" to submit it - it will be reviewed to editors and either approved, or returned to you for additional information (if so, it will appear back in your "Assigned Shops" page)

As Doug said, it sometimes happens that shops get picked up by other shoppers by the time you read the email and login to iSecretShop to find them. Also, some shops require you to be of certain age or gender to be able to do them, and will otherwise not be visible on the Available Shops page.
If you want to see more shops in your area, you can set the search distance filter (in the upper-left corner of the Available Shops page, above the map) to 50 or 100 miles, and click the search button (a small magnifying glass symbol in that same row) - that will show you the available shops in the wider area around you.

I recommend contacting the MSP that posted the shop as their schedulers can help you with any questions regarding a specific shop, or you can open a support ticket for iSecretShop and get the fastest possible advice on how to proceed.

Here is how the system works:
-Once you log into iSecretShop, go to the "Available Shops" page, and browse the shops that are posted.
-When you see the one you are interested in, you click "View Details" and it will open a pop-up window with all the information on the shop.
-Then, you can either self-assign that shop, or click "Request shop" to submit a request for a specific date. The schedulers are frequently reviewing these requests, so it should be approved soon.
*If you are prompted to sign the iSecretShop Terms of Use or the Mystery Shopping Provider's contract first, you can do so on the "Provider Contracts and Policies" page. You can't accept the MSP's contract without accepting the iSecretShop Terms of Use first.
*If you are prompted to enter your PayPal email address, you may do so on the "Update Extended Profile" page.
*After you sign the iSS Terms of Use and the MSP contract and updated your PayPal email, you'll have to go back to the Available Shops page to submit your request for the shop.

Make sure you do this before you go to the location, so you'd know the requirements and the things you'll have to pay attention to.
You can upload the receipts in several ways - if you are using the app, there will be a camera button on the question where the receipt should be uploaded, so you can take the photo of a receipt directly. Alternatively, you can take a photo with your regular phone camera, and use the "browse" option to find and upload that photo. You can also trnsfer the photo to your PC and upload it in that question using the iSecretShop website.
-When you are done filling out the shop report - you click "Finalize Shop" to submit it - it will be reviewed to editors and either approved, or returned to you for additional information (if so, it will appear back in your "Assigned Shops" page)

You can try emailing or calling the MSP that posted the shop, and letting their schedulers know that you have requested it and would love the opportunity to do it - it's not guarantied to work, but it's a small extra step you can take if you want to, and that sort of engagement is greatly appreciated by schedulers, and often rewarded. :)
