Notifications should show up in 2 places. First, the email that the scheduler or editor is sending you that notifies you of the accepted shop -- their input will be At The Top of the email when you open it to read. Afterward, then the general, generic Congrads etc. email content will be listed.
The second place you will find the notifications is on the main webpage of iSS when you first login. It's that area where iSS has listed their announcements, etc.
I believe that is the only 2 areas where you will find this. They might be listed as Alerts too.
Hi Dawn, I too have been having the Quality Badge issue. For me, it started when I got an email saying new badge received and when i opened the email, it said I have 97.22222222 rank. There is no such thing. iSS told me that the Quality Badge is new and there was an error in the calculation algorithm. Fine. They corrected it and my badge was back to normal.
Now, since that initial encounter, each time a shop is approved, I receive the new badge email. You do not receive a new badge for every shop completed. And further I might have gotten a virus or something because the iSS website is constantly trying to reload the badge and the page is slowed way down.
And my badge is messed up again. But iSS is working on it.
For your situation, I would suggest opening up a ticket with iSS and explain your situation. They will look into it. Also, contact Ivan on this forum and ask him. He is a very helpful resource. Hope this helps.

I believe the Default is always Near Me, unless changed in the permissions section of the Settings section of your phone.
Yes, awesome advice from CABZmom -- you can always check another locale (city and even state) by adjusting entering the zip code on the search radius field in the map. I have done that for several cities to ascertain its effectiveness. A-1++ in my book.
In my area of Phoenix AZ the top shopper is usually between 200 and 300 points, about 10 to 15 shops if you follow the 20-point scale that Ivan has posted. It simply varies by the location. New York is as different as Seattle.
As you gain experience as a shopper, you can and will learn "secrets" of the the traide at getting points. I have, and sorry that's a secret! Ha!.
Finally, remember that the top level for this badge should also be Level 5, meaning that once you have attained that at 100%, you go no further with badges in this category. HOWEVER, this does not affect your Reputation Badge, which goes to Level 10!! So keep shopping. Schedulers and Editors will see your fruitful and thorough shopping efforts.

Yes, payments will vary between 30 and even 60 days, depending on the MSP and their payment timeline. A couple of MSPs do pay bi-weekly, so you can look around for those too. READ the Shopper Agreement for each MSP, this is very important, not just for payment routines, but shopper expectations, too.

Also, it has to do with Shopper Rotation. Many MSPs have timelines for assignments, and an individual shopper may only do one or two shops for a client for that MSP every 30 to 90 days. That information is usually stated in the shopper requirements and guidelines.

I have never heard of the 100 badge. Might be a new thing. Ivan can easily be located on the main home page of the forum. He is a frequent and regular contributor on several threads and categories. He goes just by Ivan (no longer numbers or anything). Hope that helps too.
All of the badges, except the Reputation Badge, top off at Level 5. That's what others on the forum have shared, just passing it along. There is a certain method you can do shops, but that's the secret of secret shopping? Right?
