Someone somewhere is going to make a typo sometime. Anytime that you see it in a shop instructions, list, or anything else it's always the best good idea to report it to the MSP, or even to ISS if it's appropriate. Another wisdom bit on the forum. Enjoy
I shopped a bank once and I got the $.50 treatment. That's $.50, but at least I got the information out of all the nonsense. Funny moment for the forim to laugh. I am as I remembering that talkative banker.
It stinks when you do such a shop, and then you get so many follow up calls. But I guess there's a part of a secret shopping, sometimes you get some extra baggage afterward but it disappears after a while. It's happened to me, but I try to use it to my advantage in other shops where I can. It works. Think of some unique ideas and try them out yourself. Happy shopping
Much has been improved with respect to the badges since they were implemented over a year ago. There have been many updates and bugs fixed. And there's a lot more information to be found under the badges. Choose one and click on it. Happy hunting
Always good to keep learning in any field, including mystery shopping. Happy shopping
Download at least monthly, and that way you can see your shot history as well as what you've earned and other things. This is an excellent, and awesome tool.
The badge system and set up is awesome! It's much better than just getting points. The badges and percentages are much more reflective of performance than a simple number. Hope other shoppers like it as much is this one does.
This spreadsheet will also be very handy when it comes to tax time. It's so detailed and informative. Thank you ISS for this awesome extra tool to help shoppers like myself.
There is a lot of good information on this forum about MSP's and other things. What you won't find is MSP bashing, or poorly written comments about schedulers editors and companies or clients. That is not accepted on this forum, but creative expression is OK, as long as it helps each and every member of our community. We're all here to learn and grow, and be and become better secret shoppers.
Every secret shopping company is different, but as long as they all use service sense, and common sense, it makes mystery shopping fun. Happy hunting and shopping
