Open up a ticket on the iSS platform and let them know of your problem. They should be able to assist.
Hi Cathy,
The listings of available of assignments is in the left-hand column of your main page on iSS. Login to your account on iSS and look in the left hand column for Available Shops. This is where you will see all of the jobs that shoppers can select. Also, there is another selection, Web and Phone Shops, where you see those kind of shops.
Hope that helps. Happy shopping.
P.S. If you have not signed any MSP contracts yet, then you cannot pick any jobs. Each one has a contract that you must sign in order to pick an assignment for them.
Login to iSS and on your main page, you will see Available Shops and Web and Phone Shops in the left hand column. Click on each one of those and you will see whatever shops are available in your area. Hope this helps.
Yep, we work "hard" for that money! Ha! But it's still good to check that pending list every so often and download that spreadsheet at least monthly to track expenses?? No, good revenue information, especially for end of year tax purposes, if needed.
Hi Jude,
Yes it can get discouraging at times with no new clients. However, don't throw in the towel. I suggest to continue working with clients you have done shops for. At least, you'll continue to enjoy shopping, gain more points, and increase your current badge rankings. These are all good things to keep in mind while waiting for some new clients. Hope this is encouraging for you. Thanks for reading.
Most schedulers at MSPs are glad to reschedule, so as not to lose a shop or other things. Glad you found that extra someone. I've been in that situation myself on one of those "guest" shops.
Check on iSS website for current listings. Don't just limit it email or text. Shops can go fast before you know it. Best method for searching is going right to the source, iSS, or other sites because not all MSPs use iSecretShop. Happy shopping.
Hi April,
Everyone above is correct. iSS is a legitimate and trustworthy website for shoppers. iSS and the MSPs are not scammers. 360intel and all of the MSPs on iSS, along with iSS itself, have an outstanding and long history of successful and fruitful secret shopping experiences. Yes, there are scams out there, but not here. Shops and Shoppers are taken very seriously on this platform.
Take MFJohnston suggestion, followup on the ICA attachment and get in touch with Ivan on this forum, as another resource. He handles many issues similar to this and he can be very helpful. Both him and MF were helpful to me when I needed it. I am a happy iSS shopper.and will continue to be. Hope this some helpful information and shopping support. Thanks for reading.
Hi April,
Welcome to the forum. Look around and check out the threads. A lot of good information abounds here. One of the most important tips here: have fun. The second one: don't take an assignment unless you can complete it. The third one: READ every sentence of the shop instructions, guidelines, and email you receive from the MSP; very important. Finally, start off slow, don't take on too much in the beginning; there is some learning here if you have never been a secret shopper or done shops. Keep asking questions as you acquire new knowledge. Happy shopping
Ivan,
I went thru the process and the system came back that I could not be verified? Why? Also, can I try again or is there another method for completing this requirement. Someone suggested that I load a picture of my DL which I did. Thanks.
